Visit with Nicole

We met Nicole for breakfast on Saturday. She is Shelby's friend from High School. She lives in Reno now and was in town for the weekend. It was nice to see her again and she finally got to meet Preston!! We had a nice but quick visit. Needs to be longer next time!

Cranky Pants

My friend Melissa bought Preston this onesie that says "hello my name is cranky pants"! It's too cute. Thank goodness he really doesn't live up to the name!!

An end of week update would be that Preston gets closer to crawling each day. He's up on his knees now and trying to move forward. Just hasn't quite figured it out yet!

I think we are about done with the bumbo as Preston now arches his back to get out of the thing and just about does! Time for the highchair!

Preston - 6 Months

Wow!! Preston is 6 months old already! I can't believe how big he is!! We don't take him for his 6 month checkup until the end of July as his Dr. is on vacation. I'll have to post his checkup status then. He is now rolling all over the place! He is also starting to get up on his knees in preparation for crawling. Won't be long now! He is starting to sit up on his own better and for longer periods. We just love him to pieces and look forward to the new stages!!

Weekend w/Aunt Kimmie

Kimmie came to visit us last weekend. We had a great weekend filled with shopping, movies, and of course a Dbacks game! She must be good luck because they actually won!! Thanks for spending the weekend with us!

First Haircut

Preston's hair was out of control!! He had a really long, thick piece on the side of his head that was becoming unmanageable. Shelby liked it and called it his "signature". I decided it was time to cut it. While we were in Globe, Grandma Lynn cut his hair for us! We of course saved the hair for his baby book. He looks like a little boy now! Thanks for the haircut Grandma Lynn!!

4th of July

Our 4th of July weekend was a blast! We spent the entire weekend in Globe. Chris, Rachel & the kids were in Vegas so they had an empty house and let us stay there. It was very nice of them but they were all missed!!! We were able to catch up with family. We had a nice visit with Grandma Deena & Papiano. Robyn & Adam were married on the 4th of July and they had a 5 yr. anniversary celebration. We had fun spending time with them along with Kimberly, Carrah, Shane & the girls, Grandma Greenwall, Aunt Tina, Aunt Sarah, Willie and of course the wonderful hosts Papa Ken & Grandma Lynn! Thank you all for a wonderful weekend!!

Weekend w/Uncle Chris

I am behind on my blog!! We enjoyed spending the weekend with Uncle Chris a couple weeks ago. Friday night we went to dinner and a movie. Saturday was a D-Backs game, then swimming and BBQ. Then Saturday night Shelby and Chris went to another movie! What a great weekend....thanks for hanging out with us!!
